Healthy weight loss.

  • Members are encouraged to set sensible and realistic goals for long-term success, and choose their own Personal Achievement Targets for weight loss.
  • Each week, members weigh in (in the privacy of their home on their own bathroom scales) and celebrate every milestone achieved with awards and congratulations, including their first 5lbs and subsequent 5lb losses, losing 10% of their weight, and reaching their self-set weight loss target—the weight they’ve always dreamed of being.
  • We encourage a healthy rate of weight loss of an average 1–2lbs per week. This is a realistic, achievable goal for the majority of people and helps them have realistic expectations.
  • A personal progress chart helps members keep track of their weight and BMI change and predicted progress towards their personally chosen target.
